INGREDIENTS
- Strawberries (3 Cups)
- Monk Fruit Sugar (½ Tbsp)
- Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
- Ground Black Pepper (½ Tsp)
WHAT TO PREP
Cut the tops off the strawberries
Quarter the strawberries
HOW TO PUT TOGETHER
Put chopped strawberries in a saucepan
Add the sugar, balsamic vinegar & black pepper
Add 2 tablespoons water
Put on low heat for 10 minutes
Serve warm over yoghurt
Also great in fridge, it will last for days & the syrup thickens when it cools
I usually double or triple this recipe because it lasts for ever
